What is God's Fear, and how is it different from our fear?

You have it right in the examples you gave. I think our fear of God is the same as when the Bible said "His Fear." It's just reverence and awe. Unless you mean our fear in general then it would be different because that would be talking about what we're afraid of and I really don't think that's what the Bible is talking about there.
