Does anyone know how I would file for child support in Texas if the custodial parent lives in South Carolina?

I filied for child support in Texas when my son was born I recieved all the paper work, but I was going through some hardtimes at the time and had to relocate and had a moved to New York .While there I opened another case and all my paper work where transfered and he was served by the New York child support services, but he never called in for his court hearing which at the time was over the phone. Well now I am currently back in Texas and I am wanting to start the process all over but how do I go about doing so.........? Can someone give me some suggestions Please!!!!!!!!!
