Medicaid question! Help!?

You cant afford a lawyer if you are on Medicaid except Legal Aid. You wont be liable for fraud due to any incompetent employees. It will be because you are committing fraud by giving a false residence. You should apply for Medicaid where you actually live. I know you want to exclude your mother's income to qualify for Medicaid so you are committing fraud. The penalties are very severe if someone finds out, repayment, loss of Medicaid or criminal prosecution.
