How to easily sand a bike out?

You want to use a wet sand paper and a bucket of water. Keep the sandpaper wet and keep dipping it in thee water to remove the paint. Start out will a coarse grit and work your way down to a fine one. I have done several motorcycles and all were hand sanded. It shouldn't take too long to sand down a bike frame. An electric screwdriver wont spin fast enough and a wire brush head will scratch the frame. You want to go with a sand able primer next.
