Mackenzie's ous relathionship with her father?

It's creepy and parent should never, ever, ever have a relationship like that with their child...whether the child is a consenting adult or not. Given that the parent is the older, more mature party (in most cases) he or she should use some common sense and realize that it's wrong....and totally creepy. Ew.
