Does North Korea have nuclear weapons?

Democrats GAVE THEM literally 100% of the technology needed to build nukes (on a pinky-promise they wouldn't actually do it) complete with fissionable matter. 2-1/2 administrations later, who in their right mind believes they STILL haven't put the batteries in their sweet toy?
