Have a question about how to shave and what to shave?

Okay so I have some facial hair, on my chin under my chin area, my sideburns and on my lower cheeks. The lower cheek part of my face has some really light hair and has never been shaven before. is it normal for somebody to have cheek hair? because i feel so embar and my friends like thats not normal to have cheek hair. so what do i do about it should i shave it or what? its so innormal
