Runners! Help for a three mile run please?

Yes the shirt is fine. I would suggest hydrating well and wearing a cap also. Over that distance and in that weather stretching isn't really necessary, just warm up and do some short (60 meter) runs at race pace. If you have a particular muscle problem (say hamstings or calves or quads) I'd stretch those after a warm up.
