Sore throat, runny nose, congestion, headache, and ear pain. What's wrong with me?,?

I have had the same problem, but the last time i went to the doctor i was prescribed some nasal spray which helped me out so much. My throat is very clear now, and i use to clear my throat like every second of the day/ 7 days a week and it was so annoying, but the nasal spray really inproved my sore throat & etc. Hope i've helped some :)
