What is the nastiest thing your parents used to make you eat when you were little?

When I was growing up, my dad would make what he called "Refrigerator Soup." It was the nastiest stuff on the planet. Refrigerator Soup was made from taking all the leftovers from the fridge and combining it with whatever was handy in the pantry and making a soup with it. Only, it wasn't just a small amount of soup. He made it in a three gallon stainless steel pot and we (my brothers and I) would be forced to eat it for 4 or 5 days, back to back. If we were lucky, we'd get ered bread with it. Just thinking about now send shivers up my spine. So my question to all of you guys, what meal did your parents cook and make you eat even though it was the most disgusting thing ever?
