Where can I find a newborn kitten at a cheap price?

I would like the place to be in Pennsylvania or close to it. Also, I want my kitten to be a newborn and very young. I don't want to pay to much but I want my new kitten to be happy and healthy. I don't want a sphynx, simease, or a really hairy kitten. I want a shorthair or a bengal or tabby.
